Well we don't really 'do' Christmas but made an effort as Leanne our daughter came over to visit. We deserve brownie points as we did the tinsel and the tree! Mind you, the tree is only 3' high and black!
Still, we have all the animals to care for so it is like any other day but with prezzies! I got a lovely handbag and perfume from Leanne and a Delia Smith cookery book from hubby. It's either a hint that I need to cook more or I need to learn how to cook properly! I'm not too sure which one. I got hubby a racing game for his PC so that will be the last I see of him until next year!

So, a happy Christmas to you all and keep on checking our site for some new intakes in the new year.

We did say no more kittens but after talking to our friend at the cat sanctuary, she was desperate for homes for these two boys. The older one Mouse (3 months old) was hand reared by Janice at the sanctuary after he had been dumped in a plastic bread bag at only 7 days old! Then on Sunday she had someone bring in Charlie (6 weeks old), he had been bought as a present for some girl’s grandmother, she didn’t want him so they threw him outside!

It is incredible that these innocent, beautiful little creatures are just so dispensable to some people!

Mouse on the left still looks like a tiny kitten despite being twice the age of Charlie
